    1. Agreement to terms

    These terms of service govern your use of the LeadLeaf Software platform, website, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    2. Description of services

    LeadLeaf provides an all in one CRM, marketing automation, and AI employee platform for small and mid sized service businesses. Services include CRM and pipelines, email and SMS marketing, calendar and booking, website and funnel building, social media management, reputation management, memberships and courses, invoicing and payments, workflow automation, and AI voice and chat agents.

    3. Pricing and billing

    LeadLeaf offers three plans: Starter at $99 per month or $1,044 per year, Professional at $299 per month or $2,964 per year, and Premium at $499 per month or $5,124 per year. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited contacts. You are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

    4. Free trial

    LeadLeaf offers a 14 day free trial. During the trial, you have access to platform features. If you do not convert to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree to use LeadLeaf only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for obtaining consent from your contacts.

    6. Your data

    You retain ownership of the data you upload to LeadLeaf. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

    7. Security and compliance

    We protect your data with encryption, role based access control, and audit logs. A HIPAA compliant configuration is available for businesses that handle protected health information. You are responsible for configuring your account appropriately for your compliance needs.

    8. Service availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

    9. Intellectual property

    LeadLeaf retains all rights to the platform, including software, design, branding, and content. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without our permission.

    10. Limitation of liability

    LeadLeaf is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

    11. Termination

    You can cancel your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for a limited period before it is deleted.

    12. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the last updated date.
