AI Agents: One Place to Manage Every AI Agent
AI Agents is the management layer that sits over every agent you run in LeadLeaf: voice agents, chat agents, and task agents. What is the AI Agents dashboard?
The AI Agents dashboard is the management layer that sits over every agent you run in LeadLeaf. It shows your voice agents, chat agents, and task agents in one view, with controls for channel assignment, business hours, routing rules, human handoff, transcripts, and performance. Instead of logging into separate tools to manage each agent, you manage all of them from one screen.

How do you assign agents to channels?
Each agent type is assigned to a channel from the dashboard. A voice agent is assigned to a phone number, where it answers inbound calls. A chat agent is assigned to a website widget or a messaging platform like Google Business Profile. A task agent is assigned to workflow triggers, where it runs in the background to handle tasks like lead qualification or follow up. You can assign multiple agents to different channels and switch assignments as your needs change.
How do you set business hours and after hours routing?
You set your business hours in the dashboard for each day of the week. During open hours, calls and chats can route to your team first, with the AI agent as backup. After hours, the AI agents take over completely. You can set rules for emergencies, so an urgent call after hours routes to the on call person while routine inquiries are handled by the agent and booked for the next business day.

How does human handoff work?
Both voice and chat agents detect when a conversation needs a human. The agent places the caller or chatter on hold, sends a notification to your team, and transfers the conversation. The customer does not experience a disruption. Your team picks up the conversation with the full context, including what the agent already discussed. You can set handoff rules based on keywords, sentiment, or specific request types.
Where do you review transcripts and performance?
The dashboard has a transcripts section where you can read every conversation your agents have handled, searchable by date, channel, and agent. The performance section shows stats like calls answered, chats handled, leads qualified, appointments booked, handoffs triggered, and average response time. You can use these metrics to see where an agent is doing well and where it needs more training.

How do you train an agent from your website, documents, and FAQs?
You train an agent by pointing it at your content sources. Add your website links so the agent learns your services and pricing. Connect Google Docs so it can reference your processes and policies. Upload FAQ documents so it answers common questions in your words. The agent uses all of these sources to respond accurately. You can update the training sources at any time, and the agent picks up the new content for future conversations.
